Common pitfalls to avoid

The marketing copy skips these. The specs don’t.

Weight check first: If your car is anywhere near the 2.6-tonne limit – Tesla Model X (around 2.5 tonnes depending on trim), Range Rover, larger EVs generally – check your V5C document before booking. There’s no published exclusion list, so if there’s a problem on arrival, you get moved to standard parking instead. Not ideal at 5am.

Two more traps worth flagging:
